Came in for an alignment, it was suggested that I look into replacing my truck Tires before hand as they were pretty much gone. In the end, I got a good price on tires and alignment and left feeling good about it. Gino and Victor were pretty upfront and nice from the beginning, no pressure and worked with me on the price and options. Will recommend and come again
I have never met a mechanic I trusted as quickly as I did Gino! I went in knowing I needed a big repair on my brakes and he kept me informed of everything that was going on. I was sent photos and videos of everything with commentary for why I needed it. I’ve used Discount/America’s tires for years and his prices for new tires were not only a better price, but they also come with a better warranty for the buck. Highly recommend! My whole house is ready to start using him as a mechanic and we’ve only know about him for 5 hours!
hese guys have been amazing. Last Wednesday my tire blew out and AAA came and got me of course it was 5:30 and everyone closed at 6. So we saw they might still be open and pulled in. The had closed at 5 put stayed open to help me. They didn’t have my tire size in stock but gave me a used one for a small fee until they could get my tire size in. I have an older car and not such a popular size anymore. So moving forward. They came to my work picked up my car and put o. The new tires and brought my car back within a couple hours. They are fantastic reasonable and life savers. Ask for Victor. You won’t be disappointed!! So nice to have good people out there in the times we live in these days!! Thank you again
What an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for tires. Gino will go above and beyond to make you happy! Fast service at a fair price. He took care of my Tesla Model X. I wish I could give Gino and his crew 10 stars!!!
I can’t stop raving about this place! Gino, Victor and the entire team are wonderful! I had a situation where my car was not starting until I cranked it 3 times! I called them right away. Victor told me to come right in and as suspected it was my battery. He showed me what the issue was, and told me me what it would cost. I’m not kidding but I was literally in and out in less than an hour! Not only were they thorough in explaining everything beforehand but the total including labor was so reasonable! I won’t go anywhere else! I have a Mercedes CL and if you want honest and great work I highly recommend Silver City Tire and Service!
All of these 5 star reviews are warranted! I had a flat tire and rolled in this Saturday morning. Gino and his crew took care of me straight away and while he didn’t have the specific tire replacement I needed, he put a temp patch on my wheel while he ordered it to be delivered the following Monday. However, it was delivered within a couple of hours! I got a fair price as well. But even better is the service and how personable Gino is. Very down to earth, helpful and an excellent communicator who instinctively knows how to connect with people. I’ve found my new auto service guy and grabbed a few business cards to share with friends. Thanks Gino!!
I cannot talk enough about how great this place was!!! It was our first time there and they treated us with much respect. We came in to plug a tire and they were so quick to help us! We were in and out in 10 minutes. The best part was the waiting room with a coffee bar and a bathroom! There was also a TV playing a murder mystery show which to my family and I was very exciting. Not only is this places service amazing but so is their price! We walked out of there with a brand new looking tire for $35!!! It was really an amazing place I totally recommend!!!
Gino and his team are top notch. Gino understands the importance of building long term business relationships. He is also willing to explain in depth what options you have on a repair and why he recommends the repair path that he does. I enjoyed that he took the time to explain “the why” for his recommended repairs. You can’t really not have a car and live in Los Angeles and you definitely need a solid car guy if you do choose to have a car. Gino and his team are honest and hardworking people.
I’m so glad I read the reviews and recommendations from other Yelpers. Gino reached out to me quickly when I needed to replace my car’s tires. I drive a European car and I wanted a comparable set. I set my appointment and arrived early. Gino’s crew got started right away. They even cleaned my rims! They were done in 20 minutes or so.
Gino is absolutely fantastic! Such a great experience. He even took the time to run the diagnostics because my check engine light was on when I pulled in. Wow! This is my new go-to tire place. I highly recommend them. I’ll be recommending them to all of my friends and family members. Thank you Gino and crew!!
